Treatments are bespoke for each client and include Kinesiology, Bowen Therapy and the Emmett Technique.  These modalities work on both individual and groups of muscles including fascia connective tissue.

These modalities work on many levels including organs and energy meridians. Any tension in the fascia can result in up to 2000 pounds of pressure per square inch, which is extremely painful for the animal. This gentle treatment can produce profound effects and enables the animal’s body to restore to natural balance. Improvements are immediate.

Releasing tension in muscles and fascia has a massive detoxifying effect on the animal’s body, therefore you will be asked to exercise your animals after a treatment to allow the lymphatic system to work the toxins out of the body.

What to Expect During the Session

Your dog will be assessed at our clinic and background medical history taken.  I will assess your dogs joints, muscles, range of motion and balance.  A treatment plan will be discussed and then the body work will begin.

The movements are gentle and do not cause any discomfort. Releasing tension does not need to be painful! At intervals your dog will be encouraged to walk around to lock in the muscle changes.

After the session your dog may be sleepy and will definitely be relaxed and happier. Improvements are seen immediately and continue for up to 48 hours after the treatment.
